Beautify our counselling web application

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) United Kingdom recherchait pour leur app design

I have a web application in development and at the moment it is very plain.
It has being developed with laravel and vue. I need a simple design for the user interface to make it look more sleek and professional. I will need someone who is able to code the design as part of the service. The app is very low-cost for voluntary and social enterprise services and we don't have a lot of money so I need someone who is just starting out or someone with a big heart.
