Figma App design and working prototype

I need to create a User Interface design and a Working prototype using Figma or similar. I’d also like all the assets and guidelines needed to guide the App developers to create the final product. ?So, I'll need Design files and assets but you that I can give to an App development company or a freelance developer to create Android and iOS apps.
