Books4Kid needs an interface design for an application for iPad, which is focused on children

I need to create an interface design for an application for iPad, which is focused on children. The app is a bookshelf for interactive kids books. Also I need to create an icon for the app.

I am looking for new ideas for interface.
Interface should be oriented to small children (for 3 -7 years old).
