Need iphone and android app design artwork

C'est ce que Saucy Meatballs recherchait dans leur app design

A new app is in the progress and requires the artwork for it. The app is designed for food vendors.

The app's features are:

1) 4-5 pages excluding the splascscreen
2) A gallery of sliding images
3) buttons for questions with yes and no answers, numerical input and calendar, social networking, text, calls, functions etc
4) incorporate 3 colours of green, red and blue
5) additional buttons

I have the design brief in drawing format.

Since the app is already in progress, the artwork is urgently needed and the design and colours is pretty much up to the designer.
