Attached a draft mockup showing the screens needed.

Screens needed :

1. Splash Screen
2. Select you restaurant screen
3. Select your dish (meat, pizza, pasta....)
4. Select your extras (exta cheese, garlik etc...)
5. Exit screen with total amount and confirmation
6. Subscribe Screen where people have to register the first time.
