Hello,

We will be running an ad in the Los Angeles Times for the Sunday newspaper Real Estate insert section. The size of the ad will be 10X10.

Our ad is for an FHA loan program and we want certain sections to stand out. On the top of the ad, we want the "The FHA ADVANTAGE" to be large and stretch across and underneath it will be two lines in different fonts sizes and style at the designer's discretion. For this part of the ad, we want to see two versions where one will be reversed out and a second ad shown as my mock up. For the reversed out version, the designer will need to be creative in using a housing image that we want to incorporate into the ad.

In the body of the ad, we want the two items that I have boxed to be pronounced and stand out by using different fonts and sizes to make it pop out and create a space between the tag lines and the bullet points.
