Herb and spice company needs multi-purpose spice package storage unit

We need a 3d flash design of a unit that stores 3" wide x 4" high packaging. The unit needs to be multi-functional. 1. It needs to be able to be attached under a cabinet and be able to drop down to show the packaging 2. it needs to be able to be attached vertically inside a cabinet and have the cover open the same way it opens in the under the cabinet design 3. It needs to be able to lay in a drawer and have the packaging stand upright 4 it needs to also be able to stand upright on it own. The unit should be able to hold 15-20 packages in any position it is in.

This product needs to be designed so the consumer can put it anywhere that they feel it fits best in their kitchen.
