C'est ce que hills kindy recherchait dans leur 3D design

Task Description
I am looking to build a marketing campaign for our kindergarten around our Koala & Panda mascots, attached are my 2D mascot designs that I wish to convert into a 3D design.
I have attached a 3D character which I like the look of, the final characters need to be cute and cartoonish not dissimilar to the Mickey & Minnie mouse look as they are intended for a young audience.

Standing Individually
-Headshots Individually
Format:
-Delivered in vector format .psd and .ai and PDF
We need the characters to be scalable, so we would prefer them designed as vector art
A designer with animation experience is a plus as I would like to do some animation with the characters once they have been completed.
