Lazy Acre Beef Distribution Company Logo Revamp!

C'est ce que Lazy Acre Beef recherchait dans leur logo design

We are rebranding our Colorado Beef distribution company. I have attached the old logo for reference. What I don't like about the old logo is how complicated it is, that it would be impossible to do in 1 or 2 colors on merchandise, and that the eye is drawn to the five stars (which has no symbolism) because they are the lightest part of the logo. I like the brand on the steer as it is our Ranch's proprietary brand but it doesn't have to be in the logo if it doesn't make sense.
We pride ourselves on sourcing from two 5th generation family run Colorado ranches who practice sustainable and humane animal husbandry and beef processing. Currently we do not ship, so this is a from Colorado for Coloradans product.
