Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I am a Real Estate Broker looking for a template postcard that I can use with lots of types of situations , solds, listed property, etc but has a standard layout that is consistent so it will be recognizable and tied to me. There was one that was on the template group that caught my eye. I was thinking of using the A in my logo as the script or watermark. I have uploaded my idea on that as well as other logos, etc. My goal is to have a template that I can add text to and market different things / sales / request action for pricing, etc.
