I think if we get the right home page we will be happy with awarding the payment just on that (and I have added that as part of the spec). Our concern is that we don't get any decent submissions and then we have wasted that part of the budget on nothing so we would prefer to have it refundable as this is a trial of design crowd.

If we feel that we need to do that to make it happen then we will look at that down the line. We are serious about this though and are hoping to find someone we can work with on an ongoing basis.

Great, I am going to put up some reference sites that we really like shortly.

A couple of other things.  At the moment we have 2 parts of the business a Cyber Security Staffing and an Ethical Hacking business.  This would be a landing page for both so keep it generally InfoSec themed not specific to either of those.
