I am working on a submission for this project and I have a question as a coffee lover myself.  Can you give a description taste wise of "The Benchmark", "The Enthusiast" and "Free Trade Organic"?. Just want to make sure I am heading in the right direction.

Thanks for your question. These are all premium espresso blends. The Benchmark and the Enthusiast are both medium roasts while the Epicurian and the Hedonist are both full roasts - so the coffee is a bit more full bodied. The Benchmark is what I would describe as the perfect late coffee. Nice body and crema, fully rounded and balanced palate and rich aroma. The Enthusiast is a bit more piquant. The Epicurian and the Hedonist are both bold and unashamedly rich - the latter having a rich, velvety palate and an aroma that will fill the house. I hope that''s helpful.
