Just updated the brief, take another look.  In the ad business, there''s a lot of repetitive crap you get stuck doing in Excel, Powerpoint, etc - all the things that bog you down from being creative and strategic.  Work/Reduce solves those problems.  That''s what the logo needs to reflect.

a fan of a red/blue or red/white/blue scheme -- our last company had that scheme (not my choice) and it was difficult to evolve it over time.
