Brief de Design Graphique

I need graphic design elements to establish a look and feel for my company, Blueskye Learning. I work with companies and organizations who are either starting out in eLearning and need direction or have been at it for a while and could do it better. I work inside the organization to analyse their current learning, devise strategic plans and then stay around to help implement them. This saves the organization a lot of money and gives them happier and more able workers.
I have been working in this industry for many years and see the need for a very specific consultancy focused on the strategies behind adult learning offerings that involve screens (this is almost all).
Blueskye thinks outside the box. But it also follows up with concrete results. Surprising things can be achieved. This is the kind of feeling I'd like to convey in the Blueskye look and feel. So I'm looking for a set of graphic elements that can be used mainly for business cards and website objects. To give you an idea of the style of thing I like I have attached a business card template that I like. What I like is its freshness and clarity. But open to all ideas. Thanks and good luck.
