Brief de Web Design

We need a new web design for a company called All Trade and Shade (see attached logos). We sell a range of Shade Cloth and horticultural products. We want the layout to be similar to this website http://www.kangarootentcity.com.au/
and we like the design of the shopping cart and checkout. But we don't like the text used on this site and the glare.
We also like the layout of this site http://www.kulkyne.com/
We really like the look and feel of this website http://www.rickyrichards.com.au/
We want a bright website. You can use any colours that work with our logo besides blue. Fonts are to be striking and visible to the older generation, and the website is to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have attached a word doc of all the features we would like include. Don't pay any attention to the colours I have used and in regards to layout take this as a rough guide only. We want all our major categories to be easily seen on every page. The website will be built in drupal.

Key Features of the Site:

- Message box on side of page
- Special Search Box where you can search by application and Fabric type similar to the search box found here: http://www.rickyrichards.com.au/product-search
- An area on the product page that shows what else customers bought

We need the design submitted as a psd.
