By saying "a format that we can edit ourselves once created", do you mean it has to be created in Word Document? Is inDesign file okay?

Yan if we can download inDesign for free and be able to edit the document via that then that would be ok. Otherwise please create in something like word where by we would be able to at least edit the text and photographs for each individual horse. Thanks
