I'm unsure what it is exactly that you are asking for. Do you want someon to 'copy' the image you supplied? I don't understand how you can get a logo designed for you on a 'free' site and not be able to use it for anything you want. Seems a bit ridiculous.

Hopefully you can provide a little more clarity and direction to what it is you want done with the logo.

Without wanting to undermine anyone's design skills, we are very keen to come up with something that aligns quite closely to the image supplied - we really like it! Unfortunately so do a number of other businesses, and as it is supplied on a non-exclusive license basis we can't really use it, as we do practice in some area's of IP law and it wouldn't be a great look! Having said that - it is a 'great look', we like it, we want something similar.

We have a very simple contemporary design aesthetic running through our new business, we require a quick and simple solution.
