we are starting with logo first and will give you few options for logo to choose from, once the logo is approved will get started with the Business card and letter head with the approved logo design.

The information provided is lacking in what we would need in order to help you with the design, we would need all the data/info in order for us to develop the business card, like name of the person, name of the company (I guess we know that one), address, phone number, website etc.
Also some guidelines about the design, what you like and what you don't, some examples would be helpful, because we need to narrow down the possible options; that is of course for the designers that are making this from scratch...
