Brief de Design Graphique

This is for a Marine Corps Unit (CLB-25) that is located in multiple locations in the Northeast. The locations are Southbend, IN, New Haven, CT, Providence, RI, Red Bank, NJ, and Camp Lejeune, NC. I would like a cut out of the country and the rest of the Northeast and a pop-up graphic that highlights those locations. The rest of the states can be an American Flag background or something like that. The CLB-25 logo can be also watermarked in the background or something like that.
