I saw your old logo yes it needs to be updated but if you provide some information about it I will give you the desired result.

First, this logo has very sharp edges, and the letters are blended.

Secondly, I like to use negative space to try to do something in the letter O that represents your profession and appeals to the target audience.

Thirdly, I want to know what your expectations are for this logo.
