braised is the cooking style but the emphasis is also being raised in Cleveland, Ohio USA (CLE).
Many thoughts on the b. but narrowed down to 2 ideas
1. It can be an old wood burning pipe stove.
2. the (l of the) b is the terminal tower building and the (o of the) is a stove top grate.
The braised menu is slow braised beef, apple and honey roasted pork and braised bbq chicken.
