Insulation Franchise Seasonal Content Creation

I am looking to launch some seasonal content and I would like 8 different designs that will go out as digital ads, Facebook and Instagram posts. The look and feel of the design: - Clean and neat - Simple Text, lots of open space (don’t want it to look too crowded) - Using branded colors that give a winter feel (brand guide to be provided) - Two separate texts areas in the design 1.) A sentence that identifies the pain point and explains the picture 2.) A sentence that is the call to action. See the attached ads for a general idea of the look we would like but I would like this design to stand out from those. I will provide copy, photos, branded colors, fonts and logos. Here is the copy I would like to use:
