Brief de Design de Logo

Our unique real estate team is looking for a full logo refresh. We deal in divorce real estate and luxury properties, but bring a fresh, modern, and transparent process to the table with everything we do. So, we need a logo that reflects the fresh & modern ways we work. I just had a logo designed for another company of mine, that I love....so I'm uploading that to give you some perspective of my taste.

One of the logos formats has to be black & white, 1080x1080 with a 100 px margin around design. Everything else is open game.

The goal is to make it creative, and non-real estate looking for a real estate team. The group is very professional, yet fun to work with....so we want the brand to reflect that.
