Brief de Design de Logo

Renovation company focused exclusively on re-doing bathrooms. Unique selling point is that we only sub-contract the electrical and plumbing, and have one of our own qualified technician's do all the other work. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, quality and efficiency. All in all low hassle and a great experience for the customer.
I've always imagined the logo in red. It will be used on a website, car wraps, t-shirts etc. I'd like it to convey our 3 qualities we are trying to achieve: cleanliness, quality and efficiency. So something clean, simple, modern and eye-catching, preferably in red, but feel free to throw me a curve-ball on the color.
