I have coders but I do not want them to have to guess what colors, spacing, etc. you used or chase down icons, etc. I want you to hand them everything they need to easily plug it into our html. Our UI is developed I the current release of Angular.

psd alone would probably work assuming we can extract all of the specific color codes, icons, layout dimensions, etc.
