Brief de Design de Logo

We require the design of a logo for our company PERMELL, located in Monterrey Nuevo León and founded since 1988, previously the company was dedicated to construction in general, nowadays we are migrating from being a construction company to a project management office, we offer our services as an administrator or management of real estate projects. Permell is a compound name: Perez Mellado, however it coincides with the letters PM of Project Management, which is why we look for a simple, elegant, contemporary and trustworthy design for clients, keeping the base of the previous logo. We prefer colors that bring seriousness and provide confidence, while still being modern. These are 4 characteristics that we look for from our logo: 1.- effect on the memory, it must be remembered easily 2.- the logo and what we sell must be related 3.- it should attract looks 4.- it should be pleasant to the eye
