Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company based in NYC called eKringle. We are an online retailer that focuses on giving customers gifts they truly want by knowing their preferences.

It's a gift giving site. I was thinking of having a creative gift box as a logo next to the eKringle font. We also want a simple and inviting font.
For the logo, I'm liking the colors Orange, Red and a green. Lately I've been liking the color that is made when you combine orange and red. However, please use your talent to showcase what colors would work for an online gift giving site. I want the colors to entice visitors to make purchases, almost on impulse.

The final design should communicate fun, love and gift giving. I have a vision of embedding the "E" or "e" and "K" into the gift box logo. for example, the E or e is part of the gift box while the back stick of the K is the cover of the box and the two outgoing sticks somehow make up the bow or string on top.

By all means, please showcase your talent and feel free to deviate from my design idea if you feel you have a likable design idea.
