Template Needs the Following:
-Main Index / home page
-Single post
-Single page
-Archives / All Articles
-Category Archives template
-Sub-Category Archives template
-Header
-Footer

Of course, must be responsive and work on all devices.

Notes on Overall Design
-Color scheme not decided, but prefer a trustworthy blue, maybe a true blue for links and accent color. Mostly black and white.
-Very similar to jamesclear.com in look, style, feel, simplicity, but will have greater focus on images in articles.
-Site is dedicated to long-form, high quality, actionable, evergreen content. This is not a news site, but it will cover a broad variety of topics. Focus on value added over timeliness / 'newness'
-Design ideas are attached as images.

Notes on Single Post Page, Header, and Footer
-For header, Title (Sure Oasis) should be left aligned, far left
-Title can be EITHER image or text. This is a must. Clicking title name / logo should go to sureoasis.com
-For header, 'Articles', 'About', and 'Premium' can either be center or left aligned with the border of where actual articles can go
-Footer alignment shoot match header alignment (no title needed, though)
-Title should be left aligned
-Category should be link clickable and go to category archives

Home Page / About Page / Single Page
-url is just sureoasis.com, NOT sureoasis.com/about
-Same layout as single page layout
-Will be text based, center aligned, very simple
-Includes site header and footer
-Title should be center aligned
-No category or author tags

Main Archives
-3 Featured articles at the top are hand selected by Sure Oasis, NOT the 3 newest articles
-Each Main Category is shown, with a hyperlink to that category's archive page. -Clicking 'More' brings you to this archive as well
-The 3 articles for each main category are text based (no images, to save space), -They are hand selected by Sure Oasis staff, not the most recent articles in the category
-After the category headers, all articles on the entire site are listed by date

Category Archives & Sub-Category Archives
-Same layout as main archives, but with sub-categories where the archives page had categories.
-All articles in that category listed at end of page by date
-Sub-category archives has same layout as main archive and category archive, but with nothing just our 3 favorite articles and all sub category articles by date
