Brief de Web Design

Hello everybody,

I'm newcomer who want to make a site that could generate income in the future.
I'm interested in funny photo sites like 9gag.
So I need:

- An website that works like 9gag (users post images, comments...)
- The website should have ability to crawl images from 9gag posts then post in my site(every x min/hrs)...
- The web graphic should be design to be clean, fresh, neat as well as there are spots for ads.

In sum, I need an autopilot 9gag-alike site.
I think there are alot of source that looks like 9gag. So the main point here is to design it unique, and make it autopilot.
