Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo for a new restaurant concept, this will be an upscale seated restaurant the specialized in fresh never frozen products, with a focus on hamburgers and chops. We want a modern look with clean lines. The name comes from my late dog, Walker and I have attached a photo to help give you an idea of his lines and colors. I don't want to limit the designer by given to much direction, I want something new and different, that will give a great first impression of this place while looking good as a sign, and on shirts as well as other apparel.
