Brief de Web Design

We need a website design for an interior design company which will be quite image heavy. The designs need to be compatible with Dot Net Nuke 5 skins and containers as the PSD file will need to converted to this content management system.

• I have attached some wireframes for layout of each page......they would like a side navigation on left hand side so for Page 2 and 3 can you reduce the text box in width to match the images on page 2, allowing for a side nav to sit on left hand side. Page 3 should have the image placeholder modified in the same way.
  The four sections are
  1. About
  2. Services
  3. Projects
  4. Life
  White background, shadow lines (similar to the www.avantiplusrobina.com.au) where appropriate, though square edges. Pantone 021 is key corporate colour and good for any action points and Pantone 877 for text. The pink in the brochure (attached for visual reference) is a 12M, 20Y but probably a bit light for web.
  
  Their font is Gill Sans (attached). Prefer to use this for key buttons but understand the need to use system fonts elsewhere.
  
  Logo, both as square and rectangle are attached. Top left above the hero image for this, though I''d say the rectangle will work best.
