Brief de Design de Logo

We are a small startup in stealth mode, looking for some general logo/identity design help for our initial investment pitch materials. Specifically, we're looking for logo treatments, font selection and color palette. The logo treatment should have a square version that is ideal for social media icons, app icons, etc. and a rectangular treatment that is more suitable for a website header, powerpoint template, etc. The ideal logo will work in a variety of settings, including watermarks, black-and-white print treatment, etc.

The company is tentatively being called "Superfans Media" but the core logo (especially square version) should be just Superfans. (The rectangular logo treatment should easily be extensible via fonts/colors to represent Superfans Media, Superfans TV, Superfans Store, etc.) It should work across a variety of genres, from sports to comics, video games and even music. Ideally would evoke some subtly recognizable elements of fandom, such as crests/shields or pennants -- see crude sketch attachment but use your creativity to come up with something even better! Something that sits comfortably in the middle between sports and comics iconography would be impressive indeed!
