Brief de Design de Logo
We are building the company from the ground up, so we are looking for a bold, modern logo that conveys professionalism, knowledge and accessibility.
The aim of The Hive Finance is to create a one-stop financial advice hub for working mums and dads. It's an opportunity to educate, share information and provide financial assistance to the everyday consumer.
It is a finance business however we would like to see you have a little fun with it. Why the name was chosen originally was its connotations with bees as savers, collectors and sharers. A bee hive is a home, it's safety, it is a hub where knowledge and information can be shared.
The core of The Hive is mortgage brokering, this is what we will be offering to begin with. We walk people through the process of obtaining home, car and investment loans ensuring an easy and efficient process. We want to be known as the loan specialists.
However as the company grows we are aiming to move into financial coaching and other services i.e. investment properties, financial planning, superannuation planning etc. The goal is to set up multiple physical hubs across the country that can hold weekly info events and be a place where families can visit, feel at home, and get some honest advice on a variety of financial products & services.
We would like a logo that can adapt to this growth. You should consider a logo that has the potential for supplementary imagery or alternative designs for each service, but still all belonging to the one brand. Something to consider is how the logo would work as signage on branches with high exposure on main streets. We want our branding to be known.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Would like a few more days to give out some feedback to the already submitted designs. There are a couple that a close to what we envisioned but still not quite hitting it.
Generally, I would say that most of them hit the corporate finance mark, but lack the fun and approachability that we are aiming for. It should stand apart from all the other finance and mortgage brokering companies out there. At a glance it should be clear that we are friendly knowledgable people opening up a discussion to everyday Australians, rather than having the bank/big institution feel.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Just wanted to extend the deadline by a couple days to give some of the last submissions, and those I just gave feedback to, a little more time to re-submit there amendments.
Thank you for all your submissions, there has been some great designs coming through and I think we are getting close to choosing.
