Brief de Design de Logo

I'm needing a new logo for my BBQ business. The name is Circle J Bar B Cue. The name comes from my family's cattle ranch so I want to incorporate the classic Circle J cattle brand into the logo. I will be serving traditional southern BBQ. Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs etc. I have uploaded a couple of examples of the Circle J brand. I do not like the font used in either and I am open to other designs. I have also uploaded a picture of my trailer. The bad boy's bbq logo will be coming off so I need something that will look good replacing it.
