Thanks for the invite. But the software you need for modification on template will take more than 30 days to code and it will cost you more. You cannot club this with the website design price. I have the expertise to do it exactly like the example site you have given, but will only do that part of the coding if you increase the price of the project.

The current budget suffices for homepage PSD design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
