is it possible if i make in adobe photoshop ?

Hi, I am excited about submitting for this project, I have a few questions

1. what is your target audience?
2. Who are your current customers?
3. With the new menu are you attempting to broaden the audience by attracting new groups?
4. Is the menu viewed prior to being seated or after?
5. What version of illustrator file would you require?

We prefer Illustrator for this type of design and so do the printing press companies we deal with.

Most of our customers are middle income families with young children. But we still attract all demographics. It would be great if we can capture more of the younger youth crowd, but they are not our only target.
The menu is viewed after being seated.
I use illustrator CS5.

Yes the food photos folder is empty. The photos will be uploaded within 24 hours.
If you plan to get started right away, you can use stock images from the internet for now.
One of the design requirements is that food photos be easy for me to change in illustrator.
So effectively, what pictures you use for the initial submission shouldn't matter.

How about InDesign? It would be the easiest for you to change images in InDesign and do text changes

Unfortunately I don't have InDesign and am not planning to get it anytime soon.
