Do you expect from this contest a fully working website or just the design files?

design files ? what do you mean

if you mean that i am paying 300 for a free word press template ... then the answer to that question is no
if you mean that i am paying 300 for a template that has been customised to suit all of my requirements... then the answer to that question is yes

if you mean that i am paying 300 for a custom design that has been filled with random images to suit all of my requirements... then the answer to that question is yes !

The ecommerce side and the frieght/ shipping is the part i would like is the part a would need mostly completed

Let me elaborate. Usually there are two types of deliverables from the contests.

1. The design files. (All the files needed for a developer to code the design. This includes stock photos, icons, the Photoshop editable .PSD files and all the DESIGN ELEMENTS).
2. The design files + the CODE. (The HTML + CSS code and the design slicing providing a fully working website.)

Do you have someone that will develop the website from the design files we provide, or are you expecting a fully working website?
