Increase the budget and guarantee the project if you want quality submissions.

Best

The site handles setting up oddly. You get a list of "packages" and then you buy that. If you want to increase the budget it doesn't do it in a normal way, you have to do it in a tiered format. I'll try again and see if I can make sense of it.

Is there a budget that you feel is acceptable? We are taking a loss on this project, so I don't have the budget I normally would to do something.

I'll try to make it more clear: You are being hired to create several screens for an interactive program at a 1920x1080 resolution. The program being built allows for a person to approach the screen, scan in their exhibit badge and do a number of things. 1. A screen showing their badge data (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Address) and the ability to correct or accept it. 2. To answer survey questions (Question with multiple choice answers), and 3 to select items to be sent to them via an email. This last part usually appears with a grid of thumbnails of different brochures. The user selects the brochure and "orders" it and a link is sent to them in an email.

The design of the program doesn't have to change drastically from section to section. You don't need to create every screen. We need a design template for the program with the above requirements and the design should follow the branding guidelines we included in this proposal. We've uploaded a logo, and a background photo that is used on the corporate website (but is not required for this project, just an option for the designer).

Navigation should be consistent. Meaning, you won't put a "next" button on the top right on one screen, then at the bottom right on another. Navigation is very simple though as the program takes the user each section, rather than a screen to chose the section they want to go to.
