Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a lifestyle management service that manages upper-end homes and communities (property management). The name Grand Manors was selected to evoke a sense of premium service, lifestyle management, white glove service, high-attention to detail, delighted customers and residents, etc. Think of brands such as Rolex, Ritz Carlton, Cartier, etc. We need a logo to go along with the new name that has the potential to evoke that same image of premium quality. Any color combination and style is fine. The two words of the name can be separate or together (but the "M" s/b capitalized) if together. "Grand" means majestic, stately, splendid, or noble, while "Manors" means English estates or a mansions and their surrounding land. The logo must be consistent with the name.

We will need the logo in EPS, JPEG, PNG in hi-res and low-res, color, b&w, grayscale, white, and reversed. We will also need a social media square avatar in color, white, and reversed in hi-res and low-res PNG as well as the logo element by itself in EPS.
