Brief de Design de Logo

I am putting together a website and full brand of a Crossfit Journey to the games. you can see more detail here http://games.crossfit.com. Basically I am on about a 24 month path to try and get to the "masters" 40-44 age range to the crossfit games and I am going to have a wordpress blog that will that will help me track my progress. I am looking for a logo to be the center piece. I will attach an example of what I came of with. I am not married to it, that is why I am here. Travectio is "Journey" in Latin.
