I don't see a link for the Minuteman graphic mentioned in the brief.

Hi I would like to know if you are completely safe to use this statue for the design of the logo or prefer something more original and personalized with the same elements. Thank you.

I believe it is safe to use the statute, it is a public statue that from what I can tell does not have a copyright on it. I'm not opposed to an original design however I do like the statue idea very much.
